Shipping Policy

Creative Touch Trading LLC delivers across the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on your location within the UAE.

We work with Delifast as our official logistics partner. Their system is integrated with our platform to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery.

Currently, order tracking is not available. Our team will coordinate delivery directly through the courier.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Please note that installation services are not provided. Customers are responsible for arranging installation themselves.

Replacement & Refund Policy

All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure proper condition and quality.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Damage proof is mandatory for review.

Replacement is our primary resolution method. However, we remain flexible and may offer a refund where appropriate, depending on the situation and in line with UAE consumer protection regulations.

To qualify for replacement or refund:

  • The product must not be assembled
  • The product must not be used
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Products that have been misused, improperly installed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed on the same day of confirmation. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
